1942 Dodge DeSoto (FK4-60 Military Export – made in Detroit) – 1.5 Ton Right Hand Drive Dump Truck (fabricated ~ Sept. ‘42 & one of about 2,750 units); matching VIN and frame #; copy of build card and various ownership records (from original to current with relative contact to original owner). Originally destined for Istanbul, Turkey (never left the states – lived life as a farm truck in WA) – no engine, trans, or bed. Special cab - all wood interior, after market Firestone interior heating unit, metric speedometer, gas tank with interior fill configuration, and unique brake/clutch/throttle arrangements.
